With over three decades building industry-leading brands, coaching founders and CEOs to achieve next-level results, and delivering breakthrough sales programs, Treya Klassen has distinguished herself as a force to be reckoned with. Klassen blends C-level business acumen with extensive knowledge of design as well as deep expertise in leadership and communication into an unprecedented approach to engineering high-performing brands. With a base of past and current clients that includes Polartec, Eddie Bauer, Arcteryx, Lululemon, Aether, Nike, Cabela’s, Adidas, Costco, Nordstrom, Canada Goose, and Matson Money, Klassen has helped companies in multiple sectors produce extraordinary business outcomes. 

Klassen is a Communication Course leader for Landmark Worldwide, with 22 years experience leading seminars and guest-speaking engagements that train participants in performance, leadership, and communications. Her notable accomplishments include: working on the development of the Nike Air Sole, launching an award winning retail chain, coaching 120 financial services entrepreneurs on a weekly basis, being nominated for the most influential businesswoman in Canada, and directing the second-largest textile brand in the world from chapter eleven bankruptcy to $289 million in sales in less than three years. 

As the founder and current Chief Executive Officer of Design House Collective, Klassen leads a team of creative strategists, designers, artists, writers, developers, philosophers, and filmmakers who stand alongside their clients to transform markets and reconfigure industries. In the last several years, her team has received dozens of awards for excellence in product innovation, brand storytelling, and design.

Klassen is passionate about cooking, architecture, mentoring young entrepreneurs and spending time with her two children Emma and Jaryn. She volunteered as a hospice care provider for seven years, and has served on numerous advisory boards over the course of her career. She loves creating anything that involves teams of people. She lives in West Vancouver, Canada with her husband, Gord.
