Your Role:
Dehoco is looking for a senior graphic designer who can collaborate with teams to bring voices, stories, and concepts to life. Being a designer at Dehoco means you value listening, observing, brainstorming and collaborating with a diverse and multi-disciplinary team. This diversity of thought and approach results in breakthrough ideas leading to unrivalled outcomes.
The ideal candidate for this role has a strong foundation in graphic design, with an arts background and a passion for specific areas such as typography, logo design, motion, or illustration. This role requires you to be both a designer and an entrepreneurially-minded individual who can ‘get things done’ quickly and with impact. You’ll be expected to generate strong ideas, move projects forward without much supervision, and actively contribute to the success of our dynamic team of heavy hitters.

Qualifications and Requirements:
3-5 years of agency experience. Can you hit the ground running?
A College or University Degree in Graphic Design
Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator), Figma
Fluent in Google Suite
Quick learner for new programs
Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
Exceptional organizational & file management skills
Efficient and detail-oriented
Confident multi-tasking in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Solid design and conceptual skills with an acute interest in current design trends
Excited by and fluent in web and social media trends and best practices
Web design chops, UX knowledge and experience in coding
Social media experience & familiarity with major media platforms
Some “Great-to-haves”:
Experience in video or photography – shooting & editing

Other notes to consider:
This is a full-time position
Some overtime may be required
Some travel in the province and the US will be required at various times
We have an extended benefits plan after 90 day trial period of employment
